If you have had breast surgery (breast augmentation), you have a problem if you dive?

Diving adds further pressure the person is gone, and I wonder if this will distort the boob job somewhat repetitive after a dive? Equipment used for breast augmentation ready to take that kind of pressure? Or if you are a decompression chamber or something? I just need know if I should get a fact about me that I am diving.
